Purchases involving digital goods, platform access, points, rewards, NFT-linked utility, or other digital services are generally non-refundable once:
- the transaction has been completed
- the digital item, access right, or utility has been delivered
- the points or credits have been issued
- the service or feature has been accessed, activated, or consumed
3. Limited Exceptions
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in limited circumstances, including:
- duplicate charges
- technical errors caused directly by the platform
- unauthorized transactions, subject to investigation
- failure to deliver purchased platform utility due to a verified system issue
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be provided for:
- change of mind
- user error in entering payment, account, or wallet information
- dissatisfaction with subjective experience or perceived value
- used, consumed, redeemed, or partially used points, benefits, or digital utility
- issues caused by third-party providers or external network interruptions, except where required by law

- transaction reference or order ID
- a description of the issue
- supporting information reasonably requested by SmashPoints
We may investigate and determine eligibility at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
6. Chargebacks
Users should contact SmashPoints before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith chargebacks may result in account restrictions, suspension, or termination.
