Purchases involving digital goods, platform access, points, rewards, NFT-linked utility, or other digital services are generally non-refundable once:

  • the transaction has been completed
  • the digital item, access right, or utility has been delivered
  • the points or credits have been issued
  • the service or feature has been accessed, activated, or consumed

3. Limited Exceptions

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in limited circumstances, including:

  • duplicate charges
  • technical errors caused directly by the platform
  • unauthorized transactions, subject to investigation
  • failure to deliver purchased platform utility due to a verified system issue

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

  • change of mind
  • user error in entering payment, account, or wallet information
  • dissatisfaction with subjective experience or perceived value
  • used, consumed, redeemed, or partially used points, benefits, or digital utility
  • issues caused by third-party providers or external network interruptions, except where required by law

5. Refund Request Procedure

To request review of a refund, the user must provide:

  • account details
  • transaction reference or order ID
  • a description of the issue
  • supporting information reasonably requested by SmashPoints

We may investigate and determine eligibility at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

6. Chargebacks

Users should contact SmashPoints before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith chargebacks may result in account restrictions, suspension, or termination.
